Where we ship physical ammunition and how it gets there.
Physical ammunition is shipped via UPS Ground to addresses in 39 U.S. states. No international shipping, no P.O. boxes. This only applies to redemptions — minting, trading, and exit have no shipping requirement.
Where We Ship
We ship to every U.S. state except the 9 listed below. State-level rules prevent direct-to-consumer ammunition shipping in these:

| Illinois (IL) | Must present a valid FOID (Firearm Owners ID) card |
| Massachusetts (MA) | Requires FID or License to Carry |
| New Jersey (NJ) | Handgun ammo requires a Firearms Purchaser ID |
| New York (NY) | Must ship to a licensed dealer for in-store pickup |
If your state isn't listed, you can redeem. Users in restricted states or outside the U.S. can still cash out via Exit.
Dealer-pickup partnerships for restricted states are in progress; not available yet.
How Shipping Works
Carrier: UPS Ground. USPS prohibits shipping ammunition; FedEx restricts it. UPS Ground is the legal default for commercial ammunition. No air freight.
Delivery time: 2–7 business days from when the order ships, depending on distance from the warehouse. The keeper typically fulfills orders within 5–10 business days, so total time from redemption to delivery is usually 1–3 weeks.
