Regulatory
State Restrictions
States where ammunition shipping is restricted and why.
While online ammunition sales are legal federally, some states impose additional requirements that currently prevent direct-to-consumer shipping from AmmoMarkets.

| Massachusetts (MA) | FID/LTC required | Requires Firearms Identification or License to Carry |

States Where We Ship Today
All other U.S. states in the contiguous 48 support direct-to-consumer ammunition shipping. If your state isn't listed above, you can redeem and receive shipments.
Not currently supported: Alaska and Hawaii (due to shipping carrier restrictions — UPS Ground only).
Dealer Partnerships (Coming Soon)
We're working on partnerships with licensed dealers in restricted states to enable legal redemptions. When ready, users in these states will be able to:
- Redeem tokens on-chain
- Select a partner dealer near them
- Pick up their ammunition after completing the state-required checks
